About the Role

Working alongside a team of administrators and the customer service team offering administrative support. Duties will include:

  • Answering of the telephone

  • Opening/Sending Post/DHL and sending samples

  • Processing of customer orders

  • Customer Support

  • Responding to customer enquiries & queries

  • Stock checks/list for customers

  • Scanning Invoices & Filing/Archiving

  • Responding to all queries from sales reps

  • Organising office appointments

  • Ordering Stationery/Office Sundries

  • HR Administrator

  • Vehicle Register Administration

  • Driver’s License quarterly checks

  • General administrative tasks & office duties as required

  • Basic IT Support/Copier Maintenance
