About the Role

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a passion for social care, an ability to use persuasive writing, a flare for creativity and a willingness to learn to use bespoke software and digital solutions.

The Digital marketing and business support officer will take an integrated approach to the core functions of:

  • Create and implement digital solutions from conception through to delivery

  • Create and develop e-learning content and manage E-Learning Portal LMS

  • Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels

  • Develop and drive marketing campaigns

  • Design and develop company marketing resources and proposals

  • Identification of published new business opportunities

  • Co-ordination and preparation of routine and bespoke information requests

  • Supporting new bid and tender processes

  • Development of new content in unfamiliar sectors

  • Production of information and marketing resources

  • Maintaining positive and pro-active relationships with partner organisations

  • What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Digital Marketing Level 3 qualification

  • All training will take place at the workplace via tutor led monthly sessions
