About the Role
Exciting opportunity to join a friendly office team and gain amazing career prospects! Full support will be provided to help you succeed with the apprenticeship training & after this period, a full-time permanent role, is available.
Assisting the Irresponsible Lending Managers to ensure the clients journey from onboarding to completion is efficient and compliant whilst providing the customer with excellent service.
Your daily duties will include, but not be limited to:

Communicating with the clients over the phone/email/post

Chasing outstanding documentation from clients and lenders

General administration duties such as handling the post, booking appointments etc.

Issuing Data Subject Access Requests to lenders
