About the Role
Our client is looking for an apprentice to assist with general administration duties. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full-time employment and progress to higher-level qualifications. The role of the Apprentice Business Administrator is to support the office staff team and to help with the smooth running of the business.
Duties include:

Contact financial institutions to progress probate matters

Contact Executors to provide updates and obtain additional information

Contact Beneficiaries to obtain an ID and provide general updates

Contact charitable beneficiaries where necessary

Progress matters to a conclusion

Assist in the day-to-day duties within the Private Client department

Receiving and sorting incoming mail for the department

Filing

Preparing refreshments for meetings and whenever required

Retrieving archived files for fee earners
