Our client is looking for an apprentices to join their team. They are a friendly, supportive company and look forward to welcoming aboard new apprentices to the team and helping them flourish within the business.

Duties Include:

• Customer queries via both telephone and email

• Accurately record and track all enquiries on company systems.

• Administration of Transport booking diaries

• Record the deliveries in and out of the sites

• Reconciling and processing

• Transport purchase orders

• Handing calls from hauliers and customers – providing updates about deliveries and collections

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers

• Maintain updated records of diaries, spreadsheets and reports

• Receiving customer requests and bookings

• Process paperwork on a CRM system and emailing to customers

• Other duties necessary to meet the apprenticeship standard
