About the Role

Amazing opportunity to join a growing office team, you will open your eyes to the insurance world. As a company we work hard to play hard, and we believe in giving back to the staff who work well and hit expectations. You will work towards your level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. All training will be carried out at the workplace via tutor led monthly sessions.  When you have successfully completed the apprenticeship, there is a full time position available. The company are also growing so more senior and manager roles will become available.

Duties include:

  • Complete and review statements.

  • Exchange statements and emails to insurers to reconciliate payments.

  • Call insurance companies to chase outstanding money.

  • Building relationships with repairers and chasing outstanding documents in order to recover outstanding payments.
