Course Overview The Holistic Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to perform a relaxing and therapeutic massage on the head, neck and shoulders. This course covers various techniques, including Swedish massage, acupressure, and lymphatic drainage, to provide a holistic massage experience that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and improves overall health and well-being. Course Objectives - Understand the benefits of head, neck and shoulder massage: Students will learn about the physical and psychological benefits of a head, neck and shoulder massage, such as reducing muscle tension, improving blood circulation, and promoting relaxation. - Learn different massage techniques: Students will learn various techniques used in a holistic head, neck and shoulder massage, including Swedish massage, acupressure, and lymphatic drainage. -Through practical demonstrations and hands-on experience, students will develop the skills necessary to perform a holistic head, neck and shoulder massage, including draping, and the use of oils and lotions. - Students will gain an understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the head, neck and shoulder region, including the muscles, bones, and nervous system. - Learn about contraindications, such as medical conditions, injuries, or allergies, that may prevent or limit the use of certain massage techniques or products. Course Delivery The course will consist of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice sessions. Participants will have the opportunity to practice on mannequins and live models. Participants will also receive a course manual with detailed information. Assessment Assessment for the course will be based on both theoretical and practical components. Theoretical assessment will be based on quizzes and assignments, while practical assessment will be based on a final practical exam. A passing grade of 70% is required to successfully complete the course. Duration of Course The course will be conducted over a period of 3 days. Qualifications You will achieve a certificate upon completion of the course which will allow you to become insured in providing Holistic Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage services.

Cancellation Policy

All of our courses are non-refundable from the moment you pay. This is due to the confirmation email being sent over to you as soon as you have booked/paid. You must cancel before 14 days of the course start date if they are a classroom course. If you do not attend and do not cancel, this will result in 100% of the course fee charged. If you can provide a medical certificate or evidence can be provided the course can then transferred to a new date. 1st2 Achieve Training Ltd is under no obligation to refund any fees paid. Any other refunds will be at the discretion of 1st2 Achieve Training Ltd.
