The Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Interior Systems (Construction) - Dry Lining Finishing (Taping & Jointing) is designed to provide learners with the skills and knowledge required to work as a Dry Liner and Taper & Jointer in the construction industry. The course is suitable for those who wish to pursue a career in this field or for those who are already working in the industry and wish to formalize their skills.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR COURSE

- We will conduct visits over the duration of your course which will involve assessments and observations. 
- After your initial assessment, we will create a bespoke plan around you and your workplace to ensure we are giving the best possible service.
- You will complete a knowledge paper which will usually include 4 mandatory units and 3 optional units (dep
ending on course/level).

DURATION

12 to 16 weeks

CSCS CARD

Must complete a GQA Health and Safety Test or have completed a CITB health and safety in order to qualify for a CSCS card. The type of CSCS card received will depend on the level:

 

Level 1 - Green
Level 2 - Blue
Level 3 - Gold

EMPLOYMENT


In order to take this course you will need to be employed or have work organised in order to collect evidence. We do not find employment for you.

We use a number of awarding bodies including NOCN, GQA, City & Guilds and Pathway. 1st2 Achieve Training Ltd are also approved by OfQual & CITB.
