A passing grade of 70% is required to successfully complete the course. Duration of Course The course will be conducted over a period of 1 day. Cancellation Policy

All of our courses are non-refundable from the moment you pay. This is due to the confirmation email being sent over to you as soon as you have booked/paid. You must cancel before 14 days of the course start date if they are a classroom course. If you do not attend and do not cancel, this will result in 100% of the course fee charged. If you can provide a medical certificate or evidence can be provided the course can then transferred to a new date. 1st2 Achieve Training Ltd is under no obligation to refund any fees paid. Any other refunds will be at the discretion of 1st2 Achieve Training Ltd.
