Course Requirements Students should have a basic knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology, if you do not have this please let us know when booking the course. Course Overview This course is designed to teach aestheticians and skincare professionals the proper techniques and methods for microneedling. Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation treatment that involves using a device with tiny needles to create controlled micro-injuries on the skin, promoting the production of collagen and elastin. The course will cover the basics of microneedling, including the history, benefits, contraindications, and client consultation process. It will also provide hands-on training in microneedling techniques, including how to select the appropriate device, prepare the skin, and perform the treatment safely and effectively. Participants will also learn how to integrate microneedling into a comprehensive skincare regimen, including pre- and post-treatment care, and how to market and price the service to their clients. Course Objectives - Understand the benefits of microneedling and how it differs from other skin rejuvenation methods. - Identify contraindications and precautions for microneedling and how to properly consult with clients. - Learn correct sanitation and sterilization techniques for microneedling equipment and tools. - Gain proficiency in the microneedling technique, including how to select the appropriate device, prepare the skin, and perform the treatment safely and effectively. - Develop a comprehensive skincare regimen for clients that incorporates microneedling and learn pre- and post-treatment care techniques. Course Delivery The course will consist of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice sessions. Participants will have the opportunity to practice injection techniques on mannequins and live models. Participants will also receive a course manual with detailed information. Assessment Assessment for the course will be based on both theoretical and practical components. Theoretical assessment will be based on quizzes and assignments, while practical assessment will be based on a final practical exam. A passing grade of 70% is required to successfully complete the course. Duration of Course The course will be conducted over a period of 1 day. Qualifications You will achieve a qualification upon completion which will allow you to become insured in providing Microneedling service.

Cancellation Policy

All of our courses are non-refundable from the moment you pay. This is due to the confirmation email being sent over to you as soon as you have booked/paid. You must cancel before 14 days of the course start date if they are a classroom course. If you do not attend and do not cancel, this will result in 100% of the course fee charged. If you can provide a medical certificate or evidence can be provided the course can then transferred to a new date. 1st2 Achieve Training Ltd is under no obligation to refund any fees paid. Any other refunds will be at the discretion of 1st2 Achieve Training Ltd.
