Course Overview Swedish Legs Massage is a therapeutic massage technique that targets the muscles of the legs and feet. This course provides students with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to perform Swedish Legs Massage professionally. Students will learn a range of massage techniques and how to apply them effectively to improve circulation, reduce tension, and relieve pain in the legs and feet. Course Objectives - Introduce students to the principles and techniques of Swedish Legs Massage. - Help students develop a comprehensive understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the legs and feet. - Provide students with hands-on training in various Swedish Legs Massage techniques, including effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, and friction. - Help students develop a sense of touch and an understanding of how to use pressure, rhythm, and pace in their massage practice. - Teach students how to create a safe and comfortable environment for their clients. - Discuss the benefits and contraindications of Swedish Legs Massage and how to communicate with clients about their needs and expectations. - Help students develop a professional and ethical approach to their massage practice. Course Delivery The course will consist of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice sessions. Participants will have the opportunity to practice on mannequins and live models. Participants will also receive a course manual with detailed information. Assessment Assessment for the course will be based on both theoretical and practical components. Theoretical assessment will be based on quizzes and assignments, while practical assessment will be based on a final practical exam. A passing grade of 70% is required to successfully complete the course. Duration of Course The course will be conducted over a period of 1 day. Qualifications You will achieve a certificate upon completion of the course which will allow you to become insured in providing Swedish Legs Massage services.

Cancellation Policy

All of our courses are non-refundable from the moment you pay. This is due to the confirmation email being sent over to you as soon as you have booked/paid. You must cancel before 14 days of the course start date if they are a classroom course. If you do not attend and do not cancel, this will result in 100% of the course fee charged. If you can provide a medical certificate or evidence can be provided the course can then transferred to a new date. 1st2 Achieve Training Ltd is under no obligation to refund any fees paid. Any other refunds will be at the discretion of 1st2 Achieve Training Ltd.
