Course Overview This Waxing Course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills required to perform a professional waxing treatment. The course covers the basics of hair removal, hygiene, safety precautions, and customer service. Students will learn the theory behind waxing, including the different types of wax, their uses, and the benefits of waxing over other hair removal methods. During this course, students will develop the practical skills required to provide a full range of waxing treatments, including facial and body waxing. The course includes hands-on practical training, demonstrations, and supervised practice sessions to ensure that students gain the necessary experience and confidence to perform waxing treatments effectively and safely. Course Objectives - Gain an understanding of the theory and practice of waxing. - Develop practical skills in all aspects of waxing, including facial and body waxing. - Have the necessary hygiene and safety precautions required to provide a safe and effective waxing treatment. - Develop customer service skills, including consultation, communication, and aftercare advice. - How to select the appropriate waxing products and tools for different skin and hair types. - Gain knowledge and skills required to manage and maintain a waxing business, including marketing and customer retention. Course Delivery The course will consist of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice sessions. Participants will have the opportunity to practice on mannequins and live models. Participants will also receive a course manual with detailed information. Assessment Assessment for the course will be based on both theoretical and practical components. Theoretical assessment will be based on quizzes and assignments, while practical assessment will be based on a final practical exam. A passing grade of 70% is required to successfully complete the course. Duration of Course The course will be conducted over a period of 2 days. Qualifications You will achieve a certificate upon completion of the course which will allow you to become insured in providing Waxing Techniques services.

Cancellation Policy

All of our courses are non-refundable from the moment you pay. This is due to the confirmation email being sent over to you as soon as you have booked/paid. You must cancel before 14 days of the course start date if they are a classroom course. If you do not attend and do not cancel, this will result in 100% of the course fee charged. If you can provide a medical certificate or evidence can be provided the course can then transferred to a new date. 1st2 Achieve Training Ltd is under no obligation to refund any fees paid. Any other refunds will be at the discretion of 1st2 Achieve Training Ltd.
